Refund and Return Policy
1. Overview and Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label (fees may apply depending on your location, please see Section 6), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For damaged or defective items, Elune Beauty will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
3. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Important Note on Beauty and Personal Care Products: Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, beauty, cosmetics, and personal care products can only be returned if they are completely sealed, unopened, unused, and in their original plastic wrap or packaging. If a product shows signs of being opened, unsealed, or used, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
4. European Union & United Kingdom: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Right of Withdrawal)
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.
Pursuant to EU/UK consumer protection laws, this right applies to all items, including sale items. However, the hygiene exception remains: cosmetics and beauty products cannot be returned if they have been unsealed or opened after delivery.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Return Shipping Fees and Costs

Defective/Wrong Items: Free of charge. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label.

Change of Mind / Voluntary Returns: Unless local mandatory laws state otherwise, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

International orders outside our primary fulfillment zones may be subject to local customs fees or duties which are non-refundable.
7. Refunds and Processing Times
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at elunebeautyofficial@gmail.com.
